What exactly would that fall out be???

IMO opinion it's pretty hard for a very old allegation that isn't very serious to start with about a guy they already canned to amount to much.

how can an investigation into the state's highest paid employee regarding inappropriate behavior conclude with you can keep your job with the stipulation that you are no longer allowed to be alone at any time with other female students/staff - and how could Kansas not have discovered this in the vetting process

heads should roll at both LSU and KU

They have suspended a couple of people in the athletic dept. over their roles in this. This appears to be a huge problem there that can’t be covered up any longer.

very easily, since these 'investigations' are typically nothing more than a formality with an already-planned conclusion set in stone.

it's bureaucratic dinner theatre. nothing more, nothing less.
