love them...great game...they earned this win....two last seconds shot, this one really seemed to have divine intervention on the bounce, they can take Cincy/Nevada winner but can they take Kentucky to possibly get to the final 4

I remember their win in Louisville in 1963. I was a freshman at that time attending Bellarmine in Louisville. Several of my friends in our dorm were at the championship game at Freedom Hall. I was watching it on TV. Where have 55 years gone?

Announcers in feed I'm watching did a big thing about Kentucky, Duke, and Kansas and how great they are and then contrasted them to Loyola, apparently not knowing enough about the NCAA to know about their amazing upset of Ed Jucker's Bearcats. Jerry Harkness was a great college basketball player. Loyola scored over 100 11 times that year.

This is why the tourney is great and why the Tourney should adopt at the very least that you must be .500 in your league so we can get more mid majors in.

If Loyola has lost in their conference tourney they would never have gotten in this tourney. Time to get back to rewarding excellence and not ridiculous rating quadrants and RPI.
