Im glad he is doing well but he would not fit in this system. He is nowhere near accurate enough but I'm sure plenty of folks here think he would be an improvement

Mullen would have made it work. Fitz part deaux. His skill set is pretty similar.

Which is another reason I’m always skeptical of these system offense guys. When you have three 4* QBs on your roster and there’s nowhere for them to fit, it concerns me

Agreed. He’d be Relf-style at a minimum.

And people don’t mention Chris Relf much and what he did for MSU.

The obvious followup question to that: Would a Relf-style quarterback be as successful for MSU in a Mullen-esque system *now* as Relf was in Mullen’s early years at MSU?
