There is another thread by pawildcat on the same issue. First of all, it seems to be working OK now. I have tried on my phone and iPad and having no problems. Second, it happens once in a while, obviously it is a problem with rivals because others are having the same issue, and usually The situation only lasts for a very short time. So what you should do is try first closing your browser and re-opening it which sometimes will work depending on the issue. Then wait a little while and do it again because the issues only usually last for a short time.If you think it is persisting or you are possibly having a problem with your particular login that is applicable to you only, send Louie an email, or message me and I will text him. Again, usually these issues only last for a short time, and if it is your particular login having a problem they are usually correctable pretty quickly by rivals tech people.
This applies to everyone except Coral Springs. Coral, please rotate your device

OK, I'll bite.

The NCAA is under fire right now for allegedly not providing a product of equal quality for the Women's Basketball Tournament to match that offered for the Men's program.

Looking to the future anticipated corrective action by the NCAA, The Big Ten will now be competing with all those other conferences to lock up the schools that host the Women's Basketball Power Houses to include University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. and UCLA. Princeton, Harvard, University of Florida, and Stanford would also be in the running, although pulling from the two Ivies might be insurmountable.
Maybe because the eyes are not there?

It asked me to pay for a subscription, maybe a ploy to get more money :) Logged out and in and it's fixed.

I had a small moment of panic at not being able to read the Rock.
Then you realized nothing much worth reading?

I have the same problem on my laptop but can am okay on my phone. Very annoying- it does seem like it’s demanding a new subscription even though I’m paid up.

Log out and then login again with your password, it has already been said several times in this thread

I"m old and electronically challenged. What page to I go to and what do I do from there. Also, I don't remember my password

In the upper right-hand corner, click on your User ID. In the drop-down menu, Log out is at the bottom.

Logged out and back in, and was finally able to get back on. For some reason, it said my current password was invalid, even though I'd been using The Rock for months. Typed in the password again, logged in, and was back in. Computer stuff drives me to drink, not that I need a big excuse.

You will still need to have your password to log back in. Maybe you wrote it down somewhere. Worst case is she will have to reset your password which of course you will write them on this time
No problem and I'm back in permanently, or until this happens again. This whole exercise turned out to be a three step process. First I logged out, then logged in which got me to the national Rivals site. Then I entered Northwestern.rivals.com, and I was all set.:)

Logout (of Rivals, not your computer) and log back in.
That did the trick. Click your username in the right upper corner and then click log out. Not the same as logging out of computer. Been said before but I will say it again.
