It gets better! Braylon Mullins was Mr. Basketball in Indiana. Is the fact that Dusty May is an IU alum. LOL. The Hoosiers are cursed.
Keep throwing shade. He could return to Indiana if the money is right. We are currently in no position to throw shade at anyone.
Says youMichigan isn’t going to let him go to IU. Theyll double whatever IU offers to keep that from happening.
And Pope took Jasper insteadIt gets better! Braylon Mullins was Mr. Basketball in Indiana.![]()
Considering that they were ranked very closely together and JJ is from Kentucky, it isn't hard to see why Pope took JJ over BM. We were competing with UNC and Bama for JJ. Can you imagine if Pope lost an in-state 5 star to UNC or Bama? This board would have melted down. And Pope took Jasper instead![]()
That would be our luck. For as much as we crap on Indiana, they still have a CFP trophy while we’re begging for scraps in basketball and football. Even Vandy, a fellow bottom dweller, has been rising in success. Where are we going? Will this be us in 9 months when Jon Sumrall hoists the trophy for Florida?![]()
One of the richest schools in the country. And just won a title. They'd pay him 15M at this point.Says you
I will never refrain from throwing shade at Indiana fans.Keep throwing shade. He could return to Indiana if the money is right. We are currently in no position to throw shade at anyone.
That also sucks for us, Mullins was going to commit to us until JJ committed, then he went to UConn. I'm fairly certain he knew he's way better than JJ, however, he probably knew Pope would be forced to play the in state kid.It gets better! Braylon Mullins was Mr. Basketball in Indiana.![]()
Considering that they were fairly evenly rated, it did seem logical to take the Kentucky kid. According to ESPN, Pope still continued to pursue Mullins but as you said he knew the Kentucky kid would get preference. I don't think he knew he was way better than JJ based on the rankings. That also sucks for us, Mullins was going to commit to us until JJ committed, then he went to UConn. Well if he watched JJ at any point shoot the 3 ball, I'm quite sure he could see he was clearly better there lol.Considering that they were fairly evenly rated, it did seem logical to take the Kentucky kid. I have to admit the first time I saw Mullins on the floor he looked like just another skinny white kid to me. I couldn't really envision him being as good as he is.
