Then I read on here that Shuler is transferring so he can emphasize track and field. Can't fault a kid for pursuing what is best for him in the future. Best of luck and thank you for wearing the Old Gold and Blue. Just a tough position to lose someone at.

Rose beat Shuler out at seasons end and Rose is NFL stud. Shuler knew he was backup bound. He was depth guy but he was tweener that couldn’t stuff run or rush the passer well enough. Stills boys will be highly counted on to play a lot of snaps. Hopefully Fields sticks around and another DL newcomer impacts. Dante Stills is a stud. He’s taking someone’s snaps.
