At least they intend to increase officer presence, but the people who take time to read this are already taking the time to pick up their trash.

Croom is certainly doing his part to help out. He is confining his trash and **** to Scott Field, which has the double effect of reducing "the large crowds and high energy" in the Dumption.

The Student Association also is encouraging recycling by providing blue trash bags for aluminum cans at various locations around the stadium and Junction.

They can't even get anyone to refrain from leaving their 24 empty natural light cans, chairs, cheap coolers, empty charcoal bags, chickens bones, and human excrement on the ground, and they think folks are going to up and decide to seek out recycling bins...

Actually I think the ones they hand out in the Grove are black.
Those bags are light/baby blue to indicate that they are for recycling to the mass of morons in the junction.

With approximately 40,000 people. We tried recycling bags/cans/receptacles one year and trust me, to the general public, they don't give a rat's ***. Sure, some educated people used them accordingly, but Joe Sixpack threw his **** in the closest can available, color did not matter. We never tried it again.
