I vacation in Aruba and a lot of restaurants use a fruit and veggie salsa that just screams with flavor. I have no idea where to start. Thanks in advance

My recipe that I use for grilled tuna steaks goes something like this:

Mango - Jalapeno Salsa (Substitute a 1 Habanero for more heat)

1 mango diced
1/2 red onion diced
2 Jalapeno's de-seeded and membrane removed and dice
1 Red or green bell pepper
Tablespoon of Lime juice
Tablespoon of Lemon juice
Fresh cilantro diced (substitute parsley)
Kosher salt to taste
Cracked black pepper to taste

I just spoon it on top of the fish. It's also great to eat with tortilla chips.

Edit

You can also use Pineapple in place of the mango.
