When I first looked at this I thought the missile was still in there. I would just flip that to NK and it would pay for the property. Lol

The openness puts me on an even playing field. Just need a bigger scope.

Man this place was only 1 million when it first listed and now has jumped to 4.5 million. I would love to go in and remodel this place and sell bug out rooms.
