I kind of think VCU is a better matchup for us tomorrow than Campbell. Campbell as a team has an OPS of .935 with 65 HRs and VCU’s OPS is .873 with 56 HRs.

On the mound, VCU would be starting a freshman RHP - 4.67 ERA, 61.2 IP, and 49/16 K/BB. Campbell would be starting a 3rd year sophomore LHP - 4.05 ERA, 73.1 IP, and 70/29 K/BB.

If we lose to either one and can’t recover to win our regional then it just wasn’t our year. Both are solid teams, but neither are major hurdles compared to what lies ahead.
