Skills comp is trash. Players run 1/4 speed they it and laugh the whole time. Only thing fun to watch is 3pt contest. Even the dunk contest is garbage most years.

Lonzo ain't a scrub but he sure as crap ain't anything close to Fox . Fox is 2x the player Ball is . SGA is a better player too. Lonzo was a late first round talent drafted 2nd . Fox should of been that pick and SGA was a lotto talent like he was.

I would assume Lonzo isn't the only guard struggling against that backcourt. CP3 is an all-timer on defense and SGA is going to have a stellar career on both ends in his own right.

No kidding. Not to mention that Ball takes nearly 60% of his shots from the 3 point line. Saying that he hasn’t taken a 2 point shot against a particular defender is no feat. If someone were inclined to do the work, I’m sure that would find that stat about Ball against multiple teams.

SGA is a nightmare matchup for an opposing point guard.

Still can’t believe a 6’6 point guard putting up the numbers that he did down the stretch of the season dropped as far as he did.

No offense to Lonzo, but now way in hell would I have taken him over Fox or several other players in that draft, horrible shot form, no speed, I will give him good court vision but then you need to be a Magic Johnson a make the guys around you better.
You can be offensive to Lonzo, we don't mind. And totally agree, after watching Fox torch him for 39 in the tournament I never understood why Lonzo was universally accepted by "draftniks" as the consensus top option behind Fultz

Lonzo is probably the most overrated player that got unnecessary hype I have seen. Trae Young when he was at Oklahoma a few years ago and Zion last year were complained about for getting massive amounts of coverage but they actually lived up to the hype. Fox was far and away the better PG and player overall but because of the hype train known as Lavar Ball, Lonzo was rated as the consensus #2 pick and Fox was somewhat overlooked. Doesn’t matter though, Fox showed him up when it mattered most.
