Hey!

Just wanted to say hello. I'm a long-time lurker, but not a first time poster. Although, it's been years since I've done it and I've even moved cities (now in Brooklyn NY over 6 years via Washington DC).

I was born in Prestonsburg, grew up in Beattyville & Booneville. Graduated college at Howard University in Washington DC and currently working in Brooklyn, NY.

Always a Kentucky fan.

Anyways, you'll see me around. Anyone else here in NYC?

Welcome Mortal.......... do remember you'll be called a poser and a UL fan until you get to 200 posts so just try to get there quickly without looking like a rival fan and you'll be ok. lol.

If you get through the trials , you can stay a mortal like the rest of us losers but you'll be our loser mortal friend and thats enough for us..

P.S.. just joking about everyone being losers so dont take offense.

Hey Brooklyn! Don’t be a stranger. I split time between downtown Manhattan and Miami. Originally from Lex.
I’m obviously hanging out mostly in FL these days.

The first televised baseball game I saw was in the mid fifties between the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Yankees.

My father-in-law played stickball in the streets of Brooklyn as a kid. He disowned the Dodgers when they moved and eventually became a Mets fan.
