Sorry I ‘ll take Schiano and Fran Brown’s assessment way before yours . If he were 180-185 his offer sheet would have been better... would not be surprised to see some late interest from other schools up until signing day... the kid is talented and once again has SPEED and HANDS...

Yes he was a Coach Brown recruit at Temple. He flipped because of the good rapport he had with Coach Brown. Played a number of positions in high school and returned kicks. Read somewhere his dad is a football coach somewhere

Are we at risk for legal action from Temple? This is becoming borderline theft lol.

I agree 100% but the board definitely has some selective amnesia. We heard a lot of griping on this board about offer lists with the last coach's recruits. "We don't have B10 talent." "If we're battling {insert non P5 school here} for recruits we're in trouble."
I guess it doesn't matter when GS recruits them?

Again, I also trust the coaches assessment more than this boards it's just funny to see all the about faces on opinions.

Who did Ash develop? Who did Schiano develop?
I rest my case

Schiano's judgement vs. Ash's judgement

Its not selective memory. Ash failed on the field over multiple years. Hence he was not given the benefit of doubt. Schiano#2 brings optimism until proven otherwise.

Well , I didn’t make an about face on any recruit by Ash vs Schiano. I base it upon what I actually know about recruiting, athletic ability , and viewing the available tape. Fran Brown is very good coach and recruiter. Greg Schiano is a proven developer of talent. I trust the combination to bring in talent that will help the rebuild and right the ship sooner than later.
