This is some kind fo feature piece.. a couple years old.. by a GQ writer. He interviews/gets coached by a famous QB guru.. who trained Hurts between Alabama and move to Oklahoma and others. I think it is footwork.
You might want to start around the 5:32 mark to see a discussion of how to plant the back foot and push off to throw. He moves from there to discussing pivoting while throwing.. which is something I saw with GW.. and then how to move in the pocket or move to get out of the pocket.. all good stuff and stuff I think GW needs to work on.
