I dont eat them raw. I do cook with them some . they are a grear flavor when they are in season.
I wont argue that it is overhyped by the hillbily hipsters. It is a good ingredient to replace onions in dishes if you can get them fresh.
Ramps suck......Sauteed Morels are great.....got loads of them off the property in my avatar.
**** off, I like ramps. I cook my trout with them when I’m back in Cranberry and have been for 30 years.
But I’m not a hipster, aside from the fact that skinny jeans don’t work for me, facial hair annoys me, man buns are ridiculous, flannel shirts were stupid during the grunge phase and no better now, and craft beer is overhoppy ********.
Grrrr, hipsters are really only good for the food aspect, I have no use for them otherwise.

Its even worse than that. They pulled a photo off my wifes facebook account and the best they could get from it is my garage is cluttered and I need hubcaps on my beater car. Its beyond sad.
First of all, you and Gunny started the **** last Friday trying to figure out where I work and when you thought you had it figured out, Gunny posted a link with a chain of command. Anyone on this board can go back and look at the thread and see for themselves. It was actually hilarious when I spelled out the scenario of you calling a Colonel in the Army and explaining to him that you don't know who the employee is, but you think one of the Colonel's employees posts anonymously on a message board and they are mean and you want him to make it go away.
Secondly, 2007 went to the Marshall board to whine about how mean Rifle is and got owned in the process, exposing his goofy-*** looking picture that looks like he has Down's Syndrome. Then it got even better when Rifle posted a picture of your ridiculously, goofy-***, stupid looking self. That was humiliating, I'm sure. That was exactly why you disappeared Saturday evening and all day Sunday.
