Equality. Now tell us how you’ll never watch again lol (somebody will go there).
I have been watching for 56 years....gonna keep watching..how many years you been watching drainthattub?
I will say that I would prefer that that was not on the uniform but I now know that some which probably means all SEC schools will have that logo. Interesting that the SEC did not make political statements on football jerseys.
Then the composition of the team needs to reflect the composition of the country.....if they're serious about equality.

The fact that people still feel that equality is a “political statement” shows just how far we still have to go...
Maybe people are just getting a little tired of being told not to see race, gender, or sexual orientation, but still get it crammed down our throats every min of the day if we don't see it. It's a mixed message.

The players are getting a "scholarship" ride at UK valued probably between 25-45k. All because these guys cannot hit a three but are overall athletic.
That's pretty equal IMHO when I will have to pay for my kid's education.
IF they want to make a political statement do so on their social media.....not on UK's uniform.

Try $150k/yr, minimum. A UK basketball scholarship is worth at least that much when you add up everything that comes with it.

$150k per year is what I said. Honestly that's probably low, especially if you monetize the exposure and built-in lifelong fanbase if you handle yourself properly.
Encourages.....yeah...I've seen the cancel culture too much in history if you don't comply....er...volunteer.

No one says not to see those things. what is being said is not to discriminate because of those things.
The only people who feel like it’s “crammed down their throats” are the people that don’t like it. You feel that way because every time you see it, it makes you mad. You feel that true equality would make your life worse. Someone like me who is pro-equality, knows that if the message isn’t spread, it makes it easier for politicians and law enforcement to commit their atrocities. We know damn well that what y’all want, is for “us” to be quiet, you’ve made it abundantly clear.
It was the same thing during the Civil Rights movement in the 50’s and 60’s. The message was “crammed down people’s throats.” Because that’s what it took. Change is difficult, because so many are resistant to it.
