What is the argument against straps?

Inhibits grip strength, makes it harder to catch properly... wrist flexibility is important, using traps can actually put more stress on wrists when cleanining

And Nebraska gives him a for sure shot at championships? You haven’t won anything in 20 years. You went 4-8 last year and lost a few games close and saw improvement like every young team does throughout the year so now you think your going to win championships?? LOL You guys won’t do anything until you improve in the trenches. You have had better recruiting rankings than Iowa forever but haven’t won anything in this conference. So I’d hold off on the championship talk and hating on 8 win seasons and mediocre football until you get back to over halfway to that win total and reach mediocrity again cause that’s the best you been the last 20 years is bad and mediocre.

Go on an Iowa board and there is no where near the amount of thread titles with Nebraska crap in it vs how many you guys have of Iowa over here. I like to read and have meaningful conversations about football and try to do so but some of the absolute stupidity that comes out of Nebraska fans makes me enjoy throwing out facts.

Iowa's SAT scores average 1275. Nebraska's average 1253. Nebraskans are almost as smart as Iowans, but not quite.

He'll probably go to Iowa, be on a couple 3rd place 7-5 teams, maybe one 2nd place 8-4 team. I think all of us already know what his future at Iowa is going to be. Come to Nebraska and be part of something special. Couldn't blame a kid for that.

Nebraska and Iowa currently have the same amount of active players on NFL rosters. I believe it is 27.Also Keep in mind Nebraska has been considered in a "down" period the last 15 years or so. So you may want to rethink that statement. It doesn't help try and prove your point.

I said lineman and Iowa has more in the league.
