Don't forget he also pays himself to play golf at his golf course and for all the secret serviceman to walk the fairways at his golf course and for all the secret service to stay at his own hotel. So pretty much he makes back that salary he donates in like two days of extorting American taxpayers. But you keep sucking his nuts.

My goal here is to one day help you to realize you are dumb *** -- and when that day finally comes -- to help you become less a dumb ***. I don't have high hopes of accomplishing this goal, but it is what it is.

How does a full hotel room help Trump anymore when it's a secret service agent vs when it's a normal citizen? I'll wait for the answer.

Better yet -- if your ultimate job is to sell a product to as many people as you possibly can -- you make a tremendous effort not to alienate ANYONE. Someone telling a SIGNIFICANT portion of their potential fanbase to go 17 themselves on the front end is just bad business. It doesn't matter what you believe in either. All of that will show up in these bottom lines sooner or later.
I didnt realize that racial injustice was so popular in this country that protesting against it was a big 17 YOU to its proponents.

Supporting a cause that calls ALL white people racist -- is a big 17 YOU to a whole damn bunch of people that don't consider themselves racist and have never done one single thing to hold back any minorities. Nice attempted skew of my point though, lemming.

Shhhhhh.... those hundreds of millions the taxpayers have paid his courses and resorts are just because he’s a good business man!! Also, don’t forget, Obama is a Muslim. That’s the important thing here.****

Yeah.....thats not what they're doing. In case you are targering BLM, I have not seen one article or quote mentioning that movement in connection with tonight's actions.

Honestly, I wouldn't know any of these athletes were protesting at all if y'all didn't post about it on here. I never even saw Kapernick kneel except on Sportscenter, and I quit watching that because it got boring.

I don't care if they are protesting capital gains taxes; make your point and play the game. At some point one has to suspect the whiners disagree with the message, and not just the delivery.

Actually I do donate a portion of my salary to things I feel strongly abt.

That’s awesome! And I genuinely commend you for it. That’s not sarcasm.

But, the assumption that pro athletes do not is unfair. Especially considering when it’s made public many say it’s just for attention. There’s a ton of athletes doing many wonderful things in their communities. But, as soon as their political views don’t align, people want to drag them. It’s ridiculous.

You get into a very physical altercation with me and go to your car to retrieve a weapon while I’m already carrying a weapon — it’s the exact outcome you should expect. I’m not going to wait around to compare weapons with you — and the implication that a cop should do that is utterly asinine.

Oh you’d have whipped my *** way before then, I'm sure

I’ll take note of their protest if and when they decide to stop being so selective in what they protest. Gun violence an innocent deaths of children no protest no mention of names, no names on helmets. Include all those innocent children and call out all the ones indiscriminately killing others and then I’ll listen to their protest.

So you’ll selectively be upset over them being selective?

Glad I’m not alone on Hannity. Tucker’s objectivity is what drew me to him. He’ll call Trump out, he’ll call Biden out. He’ll call Pelosi out just like he’ll call out McConnell or a Lindsey Graham.

Wait a minute

Why Mr. Whataboutism? Trump is the one currently stealing millions from taxpayers and killing Americans by downplaying Covid for 6 months now. He's a much bigger problem than whatever Obama did in 2012.

The experts said this disease could kill millions of Americans. And the dems have been criticizing Trump’s handling of the situation the entire time, so naturally they can’t be responsible for Trump making sure we are nowhere near a million deaths. You can’t say Trump is responsible for killing Americans when according to the experts, he has saved almost a million lives.

Please keep pretending Trump is the first president to spend tax payer money on golf and hotels. Had Obama ever held a job before becoming an elected official, maybe some of the millions his family spent on vacations would’ve gone to something he owned.

That you are tired of "ratings being the legitimizer" only means that you are tired of having the unpopular opinion. But guess what? You're going to continue to have the unpopular opinion because your opinions and ideas are wrong. If Don Lemon was sharing truth and calling things for what they are, his show would be highly rated, too.

And Tucker Carlson is neither an entertainer nor an journalist. He's a political pundit. There's a huge difference. You have armies of political pundits all over mainstream media that pass themselves off as journalists, and that's why the approval rating for mainstream media is in the toilet. You can disagree with Carlson, Ingraham, or Hannity (who I actually dispise), but all three of those people openly claim that they are pundits and not journalists. The left wingers twist themselves into pretzels by ignoring this and painting Fox News as some propaganda outlet, while their straight news personalities, like Wallace, McCallum, Baier, Hume, and Bream, actually are "fair and balanced."

So you can put it on Fox and hear Brett Baier reporting the news, or you can flip it over to CNN and listen to Wolf Blitzer being a left wing pundit while trying to portray himself as a news reporter. And THIS is why people go to Fox News in droves.

Jesus you are the worst.
I even used the NHL as an example to show the lesser watched even isnt bad.

TV ratings used as a way to legitimize a person is stupid.
It simply shows a lot of people who agree with the person/event like to watch the person/event. It doesnt mean that person/event is better or 'right'.

A lot of conservatives like to watch the same infotainment show. That is really all ratings show.

It has nothing to do with me having the unpopular opinion. I dont base my decisions and thinking on what is popular or unpopular.

I’m not pretending a thing. I’m just pointing out that trumpeting his donating of a $400K salary is hilarious, when he’s making it back times 500. Every President has benefited financially from the Office. Him and his rabid supporters are the first to pretend he hasn’t.

"Arguing with police" doesn't cost people their lives. What a ****** and highly inflammatory thing to say. And people blame Trump for division in America?

He knows what he said is complete nonsense but if you are going to carry the water you had might as well carry it all the way.

Saying that black people matter isn’t calling white people racist. And, yes, I’m aware of the BLM organization, and they’re pathetic. But, I’m one of those weirdos who thinks it’s ok for black people to think they matter, and it not challenge me as a white person. I’m comfortable enough in my own behaviors and beliefs, to be ok with that.

If black athletes wanting to use their platform is a big F YOU to white people, somehow, well, then I’d say racial reform is needed.

You were trying to sling dirt on Trump for wasting government money for his own gain. To even try and make that argument while defending others Or even giving them a pass is absurd. The Obama’s spent ridiculous amounts on travel. It’s what first families do. They can’t just hop on a cruise ship or rent a condo in Destin for a week. They are a special bunch. Trump is probably spending less because most of his trips are in resorts he owns in the US that already have extreme security measures. The Obamas were trying to spend money in every European country.

Who here doesn't feel this way? What you are moving on to now is a BIGTIME moving of the goalposts. And all I've seen is support for that literal BLACK LIVES MATTER organization -- so much as putting their trademarked slogan on fields and jerseys. What choice do I have but to associate the people promoting that -- with their ideals? And their published ideals are arguably worse than anything Hitler ever put on a letterhead. So -- excuse me if I have a problem with supporting that movement. Which is something ENTIRELY different than the basic promotion of black human rights -- with which I don't know a single person in opposition of.

Here's the problem. Prettymuch EVERYONE agrees the George Floyd situation was terrible and someone should be in jail over it. But a majority of people believe the Wisconsin shooting was a fair shoot. Some things you can't do when in an altercation with cops and he did one of those things and paid the price. Could you poke holes in little details? Sure. How many times you pulling the trigger in one second when you believe your life is on the line? So, this movement is becoming literally "no cop can ever shoot a black person no matter what" and is stupid. It runs totally against actual equality. Because I would not give a single 17 if a black officer shot a white guy doing exactly what was done in that scenario.

And here's the other inconvenient detail. Donald Trump has done more for actual black lives than any president in 50 years. But a dishonest media has prevented a majority of them from realizing it. Criminal justice reform, minority jobs, etc.

I going to share with some information that will present you with an opportunity to step back and look at some realities. This will allow you see something that others are more than coming around to.

People are seeing things differently than you may. What they see happening in the USA right now is not based on racial issues. It's based on ideology.

Allow me to expand on that. For the first time, data shows that Blacks and other minority voters are less likely than whites this cycle to tell others how they plan to vote. Do you know why? I do. It's why the screams of racism are everywhere even though it's not ramped as they claim. What they know is a new generation has been growing behind the scenes and they are trying there best to keep a people monolithic.

The lowest unemployment in the history for Black Americans. Because somebody took the time to call leaders in and try to get to somewhere with it. Because the leaders of old were too busy labeling people nazis and racist, other local leaders stepped up.

Provided more funding and made it where they did not have to come back every year to plead for it... Those are HBCUs.

Promoted the first African American woman to Marine General.

While other demanded and talked about Justice reform.... He simply got it done.

And that list is LONG.

While the MSM and a party was screaming racist, nazi, etc.... He was simple working and working with LOCAL leaders to get things done. THUS the actual approval rating. The community is not Monolith voters. That's over with. The treating of a complete race to be that is still evident even in polling. Rolling Stone writer Jamil Smith said, “I’ve examined the newest Quinnipiac poll very thoroughly … and unfortunately, it does not break down black voters by age, class, education, or even gender. Just ‘Black.’

BLM is not a movement. It's a political fight. It's a marxist ideology and it has nothing to do with anything else. People are seeing it for what it is. People watched the DC chapter leader of BLM assault an elected official (black man btw) because he dared say that the police did not shoot an unarmed 18 year old. He had a gun and was pulling it up when shot. He was out in his ward trying to calm the people. But facts are not what should be talked about.

Even Van Jones is telling you:

"Everybody here..should applaud the fact that the Trump administration has helped the black colleges, criminal justice reform. There is stuff here that should be applauded, there is no denying what Trump has done for the Black Community"

On a local level Dem Rep in Georgia:

"On issue after issue, and in just a single term, he destroyed these negative forces that have victimized the black community for decades," Jones said. "He gave us the opportunity to rise." "large and growing segment of the black community who are independent thinkers," and they're "becoming more woke and louder than ever."

I laid all of that out to simply say this. People of all race see it for what it is. A major push to divide the people to enact a system they want. And it's why data is showing what it's showing.

Exhibit number 1,658,456 of why you're the dumbest poster on SPS. Statements like this are extremely low-IQ. Like, retard level IQ. Like CNN viewer-level IQ.

Donald Trump is the first president in more than a half century to actually see his net worth decline while president, by the way.

The Obamas were trying to spend money in every European country.

Trump and his family took more trips in his first two years in office than Obama and his family did in his first 5 years. In December of 2019 Trump had already spent significantly more taxpayer money on golfing trips than Obama did in 8 years, despite the fact that he was a harsh critic of Obama’s vacations. In fact, he and his family were such a strain on secret service because of trips that they had to work overtime without being paid, unless Trump would help increase their budget.

And those are facts. I don’t really care about the trips, as I know it’s an incredibly stressful job. And I wasn’t trying to drag Trump. But, when you try to put him on a pedestal for giving up his $400K salary, it’s a ridiculous argument when given further context. He’s making that back in one or two trips to one of his resorts, when you consider how many secret service are coming, etc. I highly doubt his resorts have Presidential level security.

But, if you really want to compare his and Obama’s travel, it’s not going to go well for Trump.

Eta: most people, i imagine ypu cream your pants over recruits so

A lot more than you or me, which is the entire point. They get paid what they do because their talent is hard to replace. Especially the high-end players like Mahomes and Watson, which is who everyone is looking to. I tuned in last night to watch Mahomes and Watson play. If it had been their backups starting I wouldn’t have watched, so their leverage is high.

How much leverage do Ole Miss and State players have? Not as much. But as a collective group they have a ton of leverage. Both schools are projecting catastrophic financial losses because of football not being normal.. I’d say they’re fairly important. Kylin Hill was very influential in the state flag being changed, something thousands of people like you and me have tried to influence. I’d say that’s indicative of leverage.

Now, be honest with me, how many Dak jerseys do you own?

Your point is very well stated and reasonable. I agree on the BLM organization and honestly I can see how that’s turning some people off. To be candid, I’d not thought of it in those terms. When I see BLM I don’t think of the organization. I think of actual black lives. Black children who are scared to death (rightfully so or not). The BLM organization has done irreparable harm to racial tensions in this country.

But.. I also know MANY of the same people saying what you’re saying now were already saying the players had no right to protest, etc. before they ever knew the BLM organization existed. They didn’t like it because it was a different viewpoint than their own. So, that’s where my frustration comes from. I literally never think about that crazy *** organization, so I often probably see things a little differently than many, but that’s on me. Your broader point is right, and I respect it, and even mostly agree. It’s a shame that that organization has hijacked those 3 letters, because what most people mean when they say black lives matter has nothing to do with a Marxist organization. It has everything to do with humanity.

This may be just a point of order, but I think it goes to the heart of some of the disagreement here. While things could change over time, right now, legally, "BLACK LIVES MATTER" is not a trademark owned or associated with any person or organization. It is an "informational, social, or political statement" that is incapable of identifying a particular source.

I am not aware of any litigation over the term, but dozens of trademark applications have been filed on the phrase, and the USPTO routinely rejects them for the above stated reason.

Viewing evidence of the wide use of the phrase, the USPTO has determined the public perceives this phrase as support for a social movement and not as an identifier of any particular source of goods or services.

In short, there is a difference between the BLM movement and the BLM organization. I realize you do not agree, and things could change over time based on how the slogan continues to be used. But maybe give people the benefit of the doubt when they use the phrase without suggesting Marxist ideals.
