Does anyone know of an app where I can watch NFL this afternoon on fox? Dish still has my local fox off the air.

Foxsports app or fox sports go but you have to log in with your cable provider so that may not work.

Last year, dish was offering an antenna that integrates with your receiver. You'd then get your locals through that and not have to pay dish for them. At the time, the antenna was free. DVR won't work on locals though, I think

Same, I've got 2 and they are great. You have to buy the right one for your situation though, you don't just buy the first one you see, plug it in and expect it to work. Some pick up UHF channels, some VHF and some both. Some are directional, others are multi-directional.

Reddit nfl streams. But you gotta learn how to deal with the pop ups. Or you might be able to download the fox sports app and use your dish login to watch.

I don't remember that and I've been a Dish customer for about 20 years. Was it only for new customers?

There's a Dish gadget you can buy that allows you to DVR locals from over the air. The advantage is that you can record sub-channels, which Dish does not carry. At one time, it was about $35 from Amazon. Mine quit working, and I was going to buy another but the price was up to around $100. I can't remember what it's called.

I've got a smart TV but don't want to deal with the hassle of streaming everything. I'm happy with what I have even though Dish costs a bit more.

You should be able to pick up New Orleans and probably Baton Rouge channels in Poplarville, but you might need an antenna in your attic, or even outside. The over the air picture is a bit better than cable or satellite because of less compression.

Is your house in a depression such that trees block the signal? Mine is, and the broadcast antennas are only about ten or twelve miles away. My attic antenna works pretty well on most days -- weather has an effect on the digital signal.
