Hell of a NBA debut...DOUBLE DOUBLE!!!

16 points, 10 boards! in a win over the Spurs!

When he was on the court, the Mavs enjoyed a +20 advantage....

Best rookie on the floor, which is saying a lot considering that victor Victor Wembanyama is supposed to be a revolutionary talent!

I thought the same thing Chris. Which shows you the difference between the college game and the pro game. Especially if you are playing with Doncic who draws all the attention and is an amazing passer.

Liftee, I don’t think it was for lack of surrounding talent that Lively didn’t kill it last year. By the time he got healthy, it would have been fairly disruptive for him to grab a primary role offensively. His highest and best use last year after getting healthy was on the defensive end, and he did pretty darn well at that. Very happy for him.

Lively was always going to thrive in the NBA.
He’s doing exactly what the mavs drafted him for . Dunks and defense . It helps when you have Luka and kyrie in the back court to pull help from the lanes .
