Well, we didn't play very well, but we're only down 2 at the half. I can live with it if we can crank up the intensity in the 2nd half and make some more shots. I don't usually whine about the refs, but the call on Paul's 2nd foul (clean block) and the foul on Harper (not being given room to land) were absolutely horrible and gave two of our best players 2 fouls they shouldn't have.

We are not playing like crap. What are you talking about? Only have a few turnovers. Need to tighten the D and move the ball quicker on offense.

Very frustrating to watch … but only down 2. This is one of those games you need to win when good players are suspended.

Awful rebounding half (only 11) and 0/4 on threes.

20 minutes to pull this out.

Dickinson is disrupting the game on both defense and offense. Not good. I have a very bad feeling if we can't figure him out

Pretty mediocre play by both teams. While fortunate to be down only two, some opportunities lost as well. Don't see the same intensity from Sunday. Lots of one on one offensive action. Going to need to really step it up since I assume Michigan will be better in the second half. Definitely a winnable game but we need to take it! Crowd does not see that into it either.

Michigan isn't playing that well

Geo is no show on offense
We need adjustments because we are not handling the double team and we have run the shot clock down at times

Our D got better late

The funniest part to me is he said, (paraphrase) "We can't do what we want to do offensively (run up and down the court) because Rutgers isn't taking any 3's, so they aren't missing a ton of 3's." He literally said, "I can't make them shoot 3's."

Yet, on this board, you'll get a dissertation on modern-day basketball if you dare to suggest that maybe we shouldn't shoot 3's because we don't make them.

This does not sound like a difficult road atmosphere. Need to punch them in the mouth early and just hit something from three. Can’t win not making any threes. And Dickinson hasn’t broken a sweat. Paul and Ron don’t pick up a third in the first 10 minutes and we’re in good shape. Have to be smart and not allow a ref to call a cheap third.
