How the heck can you tell anything in that pile? To UNDISPUTEDLY overturn the on the field call?
That did not need to be overturned. If nothing else, the player’s momentum was stopped long before the ball came out.
That was a **** call. It’s a a result of ash. No respect even by the officials. I would bet 98% of the time that doesn’t get overturned. Certainly not in a big game
These types of losses are just sealing Ash’s fate (if it wasn’t already sealed). Sucks to go through, but makes sure the door is closed on him in 2 months.
Not sure anyone is saying that. Product on the field is pathetic but we get no benefit. But it’s our own fault for being so bad and having such a pathetic coach
Dozed off and missed the kickoff - how the hell could they overturn that call? Shouldn't matter if the RU player was on top of the pile, if forward progress was stopped, which it clearly was, before the fumble. Horrible call.
We are terrible but I’m sure the refs received their marching orders to not let Michigan look horrible after their beat down from Wisconsin and near loss to Army.
It’s what happens when you don’t fully commit to the level of play to which you aspire. Rutgers has always done things half assed. In the Big 10 that lands you as a perennial door mat
In the end it wont matter, but my problem is the whistle was blown, and you cant overturn it if the play was blown dead.
I think he’s here next season. RU more concerned with new president search. They could care less about a horrible football team. Have had one for 146 of their 150 years of playing the game.
If you mean Ash agrees to some early buyout after MD.. maybe if it's another beatdown. I actually think we could win.... but his firing after this season is a lock.
