I can sleep better at night knowing the NCAA is holding the LIU’s of the college world to account.
That's what they do. It's such a sham. The wealthy schools usually get a pass, no matter how much they cheat. It's also astonishing, in the current Wild West milieu in college basketball, that any enforcement is taking place. But to make a good show of it, why not single out a mid-major who neglected some paperwork during the pandemic?! This is why everyone hates the NCAA

And today we have grown men from the G league coming back to play.

If you read up on it, it wasn’t just “some paperwork” …. They were very, very negligent across the entire athletic department.

Rod stricland was the coach and Mo Hicks was on the staff at one time recently as I remember. Not sure if they still are there.

Seems very widespread violations across all sports .Easy to go after the LIU's of the world as they don't have the $$ to fight back.

Without knowing the details and given everything that’s happening in college sports today, it seems like the penalty is rather harsh hitting them with three years.

Two campuses merging during Covid. It sounds like one or two people dropped the ball, when the campus was WFH. Plus they self reported.

What little respect I used to have for the NCAA is pretty much gone.
