Like I said in the past, when I first read his résumé I thought it was a great hire. Then I listened to his very first press conference and it was abundantly clear, hiring him was a massive and monumental mistake by the Big Ten conference.

I had a plethora of professors back in the the university days that were much the same way. They really didn't want to engage in an honest dialog, but preferred to spout unchallenged nonsense. Specifically, poli-sci professors can EABOD.
