I had few issues/problems with coach Holgs, but listening to coach Brown I have a "bro" mantic love for this guy and his values and vision for our future. Welcome aboard Coach Brown!

This dude is the real deal. I was just watching College Football Live and they were discussing Clemson and what has made them such a success. The one guy on the show said he spends a lot of time around their complex and he said that they create a family atmosphere big time. Said the coach's families are around the players a good bit doing stuff and they run their entire organization that way and they have fun. He said players respond to that and it makes them want to play there. Basically exactly how Neal Brown talks about running WVU in this interview.
