Lions Den "privileges"

You have to be a subscriber (i.e., pay) to be able to post in the Lions Den.
On the old platform, I believe non-subscribers either couldn't view the subscription board, or could only see the Subject lines of the posts. On3 allows non-subscribers to view the board (not be able to read all the posts), but you have to be a subscriber to be able to post to it.

It goes beyond that. I've subscribed, but it gives me the same message saying I don't have sufficient privileges to post. I did a google search and learned this is a common problem with On3, some have had success by simply logging in and out repeatedly, but that isn't fixing it for me. I emailed support, see if they have another fix.
I don't think my answer was in response to someone that had subscribed. But perhaps it was -- they didn't indicate.
Anyway, I'm going to notify the BWI guys about this, and ask them to look into it for you.
The On3 support folks have supposedly corrected it for me. It still isn't working, but they said it may take some time. Need the coders to do some work, it just shouldn't be an issue that requires support. Not a big deal, just searched for this problem and this thread popped up so I figured I'd add commentary in case others encounter the same.
FYI to anyone encountering this, email [email protected], they'll get it sorted for you. Mine is now working after their changes to my account. Again, this shouldn't be a thing and On3 should do better, but that's the solution for now.
Yeah this is pretty JV. Access control rosters and bigot lists are pretty basic stuff.
