Yeah, that's bullcrap, but I've heard some kids only get in for 7-10 plays for an entire game which is terrible coaching.

Just take 7 kids, start them on offense for the first half. The other 7 kids, start them on defense for the entire first half. Then flip offense to defense / defense to offense for the entire 2nd half. It's truly that simple.

Sorry, not going to disclose that here.
Yea that is what we do for our team.

All good, I help 3rd grade MUS as well. Good luck this weekend

....but when you make it a point to not give the ball to certain kids at the age of 8 it can get a little frustrating for some..

What team do you coach...
Hopefully you're not one of my assistants and I'm not doing a good job distributing the ball around, haha!

Yea that is what we do for our team.
That's good that your team is at least doing that. Playing everyone equally.

3rd grade is interesting. Some good teams this year. I just hope coaches don't ruin the experience for some to where kids no longer want to continue going out. Flag football is great, much better than tackle in my opinion, but it becomes less fun if there aren't very many teams as these boys get older.

IMG is totally different, it started out as a tennis factory.

I think they "technically" do AM classes/PM sports and PM Classes/AM sports. And it is like 70K a year! But so is Rosemary Choate Academy in the Northeast but they suck at sports...but it still costs like 60K a year to go there, but hey, the Kennedy kids went there!
How many hours a day do they spend practicing and training at private schools here? I’m curious.

Sautter is a clown. Can't stand the dude, but also acts like whatever he says on HS sports is gospel.
He got an amateur guy that was popular on TikTok banned from state basketball tournament. Probably because the amateur has bigger following

I believe there's some morning stuff, moreso for basketball, but just shoot around. Probably depends on the school rather than Public vs Private.
Oh, yeah, but that is pretty much at all schools. That is more dependent on the coach and gym time. I think right now at my school they do some open gym stuff a few days a week for 30 minutes in the morning.

Getting gym time can be a huge pain. Between Cheer, Dance, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling and then baseball and softball, it is not always easy to get a ton of time in the gym.

Same, drives me crazy watching the same kid get the ball play after play, while other kids just stand there or don't get a chance... What org do you coach for?

My son's team is terrible and yet the same two kids still get the ball every play. It's comical.
