There is 2 ways of looking at this. Their association with the acc may save them. The other way is they hit Louisville hard to draw attention away from letting north Carolina off the hook. That way the ncaa can say look we don't show the acc any favoritism. So it can go either way. I gues one more way of looking at it is let it drag on for 5 or 6 years and mabe everyone will forget about it and emert can save his beloved acc.

At this point college B.B. is a joke. Memphis, UNLV, umass, etc should all sue for reinstatement of victories and banners. Hell Memphis was punished over one player and it wasn’t even proven.

I am teetering on completely not watching college sports any more. Not because I’m a moralist but because there are selective enforcement rules. Louisville is now literally the cheating standard. They are easily worst all time. They should get 2 year ban.

An appeal they can't possibly win. Let them posture and act foolish while looking down the barrel of a new NCAA investigation. It's their funeral.

The appeal response clearly didn't go well for UL. This attempt won't either. Their fate is sealed.

UNCheat got away with it because of a wildybs loopole. They even admitted to academic fraud in a response to the NCAA and then realized it was an admission of guilt and then said the usage of the words academic fraud was a typo and replaced the words academic fraud to paper classes and because of so they were able to play the whole classes werent intended for athletes card, though athletes made up for 50% of the classes. Then they got off on the most bs loophole in the history of sports. No such loophole exists for UL due to being found 100% guilty on the charges and admitting they were guilty. They're fried.

I agree the NCAA is corrupt and needs a whole house cleaning much like the US Senate and House need term limits,It's sickening the way Duke and UNC get treated and every school not named them should flat out refuse to play those schools including other All Cheaters Conference Schools.
The only thing keeping me watching college hoops is my love for UK Basketball,because as a Veteran I have already boycotted the disrespectful,poor mistreated millionaires of the NFL and NBA,these idiots attacking our flag,anthem,and country may have a right to do so,but I have a right to never spend a dime in support of them again and college sports isn't far behind with Morons like the Ball family at UCLA.
