And it wasn’t just Garland.....the GOP blocked an insane number of Obama appointments in the courts. Not because of legitimate reasons either.

There is no IF, this is 100% a smear campaign and it’s 100% designed to slow down the confirmation. That’s why the Dems keep pushing for the FBI to investigate despite the statute of limitation still being in effect in which these women could file a charge. Wonder why they don’t? Oh yea, that’d be a felony. This sideshow isn’s, they’re just in play for a civil suit, which no SCOTUS would push.

He made it an important part of the vote for the Democrat ticket that year. So did Trump, who went one step further and produced a list of nominees he would select from. So all the voters knew what they were voting for and who they were voting for when they picked Trump to make that decision.
The only people who don't like the results are the anti Trump voters who simply cannot get over the fact that their candidate lost. Any complaining after that vote is simply the left being a bunch of sore losers.

If football team A scores only 14 points yet gains 600 yards of total Offense in a game and football team B scores 21 points but manages only 150 yards of total Offense in the same game (they scored their points off turnovers and mistakes from team A) who won the game? Team A had 14 points and Team B scored 21. So who won?
Football team A, who gained more yards of Offense or football team B, who actually scored more points?
I know you're on the Left and facts and data are hard to follow, but think about it and then apply your answer substituting Hillary and her 63 million some odd popular votes for Team A and Trump and his 304 electoral College votes for team B.

She lost...period. Popular vote means jack squat in Presidential elections similar to how yards gained on Offense in football DO NOT decide who wins a football game!
