Believe Pope also picks up two additional players out of the portal, unknown names at this point, top 25, a CG and a PF-C, two designated starters and likely a third rated in the 30-50 range of portal players outside of the any names mentioned above or previously known to us. There are several others they have reached out to, though believe these three will be darkhorses that we've heard nothing about because they're not in the portal yet.

I was under the impression that Noah opted out of NIL for his own deals. If so it wouldn't make sense for him to want to leave and it would make no sense for the coaching staff to not let him return. If that's the case Noah would probably be closer to 100%. Am I mistaken about this?
