This is just me but I don’t know how people can root for multipe colleges. I went to Kentucky and have lived in Kentucky my whole life, Kentucky is the only team I want to root for, having multipe teams seems way to bandwagony to me

I don't know. I mean at least in my situation I grew up rooting for UK. They came to MSG in the mid 90s to play a game and I fell in love with the style of play with Pitino. But I also went to school at St. Johns so of course I'm a fan of them.

Then I married a WVU fan, so I don't want to die so I'm a fan of them too.

So I can see how one would have multiple teams.

My daughter attended UK her freshman year. Changed majors and got her bs from UL and her masters from NKU.
I told her if she gets a doctorate from dook she has to get new parents.

There's only one good thing about St John's..

Their the freaking Red Storm. Badass name if you ask me. Always loved it.

Not surprised that Rick Pitino went to a team whose colors are red and called the Red Storm.
Louisville Red stlll flows through his turncoat heart.

I can see your situation, because you went to St. John’s that makes sense, and seeing Kentucky play in person can have a positive effect on you, the West Virginia I guess happy wife happy life situation

Ask the players who played for him here if all you say has merit
Proof is in the pudding. He flipped off fans at Rupp Arena. He took the UofL job knowing full well what would mean. He didn’t make the time to make a video honoring his former players.

He had an affair and tried to pay for an abortion. He cheated at UofL by providing strippers to his students/players.

I will always appreciate what he did here. However. That doesn’t excuse what he’s done since then.

Anyone with objectivity can say he’s a horrible human. And has no current love or warmth to this program.

Some of you all need to stop kissing his ***. Stop living in the past. It’s time to move from all that but Cal as well. He’s not even remotely the same coach or person that was at UK.

I understand this. My wife went to WKU, and that means I have to at least act like I care about the Tops.
