Nobody is being “quiet.” Most are just too busy laughing at your incessant whining at this point.Let’s schedule RU at Garden and then give MSU and Indiana home games and make RU travel. In fact we will make RU away from home three times in a week but it’s all coincidental logistics and no competitive advantage for MSU, Indiana or Illinois.
Funny how quiet everybody got. SMH
I’ll still go with the extremely quick turnaround, three games from home in a week, Indiana and MSU get home games. RU has to travel. Paul and Caleb having great emotional games at The Garden. Exerted far more energy at the Garden then last two laughters at the RAC. Let down was real. First half shooting percentage. Hyatt and Oskar had very nice game with no emotional impact. I think facts support nicely. Whatcha got? The Garden The Garden? Sorry firmly believe Garden did more bad than good and people underestimating effect on Indy game. Didn’t see any conversation on that….The emotional impact of winning a game at the Garden? You’re just making up utter nonsense. One could just as easily state with no evidence that the emotional impact of losing Mag was to blame for Caleb and Paul’s poor game - but again, doesn’t fit your anti-MSG game narrative. But yeah, you have “evidence” and my head is in the sand…

You just won the day!!!! LOLOLOL!!!!You from Philly or something?
I am PRESIDENT of the fan club "PLAYERS NEED REST AND IF THEY DON'T THEY WILL CRASH AND BURN IN MARCH WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST"If you don’t think emotional impact had an impact then I don’t know what to tell you. I have Paul looking comatose and Caleb shooting 1 for 12 to back me up. Just maybe an effect??
You have omg omg the Garden!
I have 20 and 30 point wins at the RAC and a chance to rest everybody last two times at RAC. You have RU comeback wins after down 8 in the 2nd half at the Garden. Which wipes you out more emotionally? How come nobody commented on future effects????
MSU and Indiana have home games after Garden and Purdue. Ru has to travel again in 48 hours. Don’t think competitive advantage? Well I do!!!
Ridiculous and really hurt RU! If you don’t see it well I feel sorry for you unless sticking head in the sand. SMH
Maybe not. Don't predators become uninterested when their prey is dead?MSU will whipe the floor w them on the national stage. I love to see it tbh
They will win November 4thIs OSU ever going to win again?

Remaining regular season:I guarantee they upset a NCAA tourney team before the season is out.
O/U is probably 1 1/2.I guarantee they upset a NCAA tourney team before the season is out.
Remaining regular season:
Michigan State (home and home)
at Iowa
at Purdue
Penn State
Illinois
Maryland
I agree it is unlikely they go 1-6. Beating Penn State probably wouldn't count anyway as PSU does not likely to get a bid. But I would take the under on 3.5 wins at the moment, and probably the under on 2.5 the way things are going.
worked for usMaybe beating teams ranked worse than 260 by an average of over 31 points isn't really a good indicator of how they would do against more competitive teams.
They are losing a lot of close games.
BTW since Jan 10 (last month)
Bart
2 Purdue 8-1
13 Indiana 7-2

I’m the President of the B1G does RU no favors and giving away home conference games to the Garden does more than harm than good.I am PRESIDENT of the fan club "PLAYERS NEED REST AND IF THEY DON'T THEY WILL CRASH AND BURN IN MARCH WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST"
Playing the game at MSG vs RAC has very little, if any impact, on their "power meter"
I do think Caleb and Paul can just be tired from all the cumulative games and minutes. When Paul "misbehaves" and is over emotional that is a great clue. It occurred after his great 4 1/2 game stint where he was Oscar Robertson or Magic Johnson.

I’m only commenting on what I saw against Indy. I never saw Paul more out of it in four years of watching RU hoops. I know Caleb can have some rough shooting games but that was right up there with the worst. Coincidence? Maybe. Some people don’t believe in coincidences.
Can’t dispute despite the B1G ‘s answer of logistics that RU has three games away from home in a week. Indy after their big win gets a home game. MSU after the Garden gets a home game. RU goes on the road for toughest portion of schedule of the year. Logistics rings hollow. They didn’t care about RU’s logistics.
I’ll throw in last two MSU results at the RAC, first half shooting at the Garden, MSU significant foul advantage in first half, MSU lead, emotional uphill comeback after down 8 in 2nd half….Do think Paul and Caleb were emotionally wiped. I think Garden game was indeed a factor. And did play a factor in the Indiana loss and the power meter.
Agreed. There are intangibles that the quant-obsessed people are not able to account for so they ignore them altogether. OSU has definitively proven this. The NET seems to value various inconsequential efficiency metrics over the only metric that actually means anything (let’s call it “winning efficiency”). OSU is a bad team. They have an omega way of playing that the NET is not accounting for. There is still a place for eye tests.Maybe beating teams ranked worse than 260 by an average of over 31 points isn't really a good indicator of how they would do against more competitive teams.
Again, your definition of facts is your anecdotal observations. I’ve already shown how flawed your logic is - I could make all the same arguments attributing it to Mag being out. I know this isn’t a court of law, but you can’t just claim things are facts for your arguments when they clearly aren’t. For instance, you mention MSU gets a home game - that is true, but it in now way supports your argument. The sky is blue so the Garden is to blame!I’ll still go with the extremely quick turnaround, three games from home in a week, Indiana and MSU get home games. RU has to travel. So they were #10 through Jan 1st, and are 130th over the last 31 days.... and that averages out to #45.
