I know - if I had wings I wouldn't bump my *** when I jumped,

If tutor gate would not have happened, We would have had the team we should have had from game 1 this year and it would have made a tremendous difference in our year. To me, "tremendous" = 3 games, or a 9 win season vs a 6 win season, and no one here predicted we do better than 8 or 9 wins this year.
Look at how the Dogs played last night.
They could have/should have played like last night all year long, getting better each game.
The "total team play" would have improved some each week if we had all of our skilled players on the field for every game and practicing each week with the mind set that they would play Saturday.
I have no idea how Joe planned a strategy for the games. I guess he looked at the players who would be suspended that week and thought "What in the hell will I do with a bunch of freshmen playing where we need seasoned players the most,"
Yes, we all need to be pissed off.
If he had won 8 games (2 more than he did), Joe would be our 2019 hero. Trouble is, his job is to set the plan and expectations and the players (some of our better ones were suspended) have the job of making it happen.
We played a pretty good game last night for a team that never had the same guys playing their positions on any given week. If our team had been more cohesive (Every player playing every game) we would have played an even better game. The defense held Plumpley (I could not care less what his name is) OK, and would have done an even better job if we had more experience as a team.
Lets be pissed at payers who cheated the system (going to class and taking your own exams). They cheated the university, they cheated the team, they cheated the Alumni, They cheated Joe and they cheated themselves.
OK I am pissed at them and now I have forgiven them. I have also forgiven Joe. We have a bowl game ahead of us and a full strength team. Let's (the team) go win our bowl game and do better next year. Good luck going forward Dogs.
Rant over.
