How are you guys feeling? I'm anxious for the game to begin already. Still pretty nervous but my confidence has been growing throughout the week.

Oddly confident. How that for a feeling?

I've felt this way all week and I truly thing we win Saturday night by double digits.

I was fine and extremely confident earlier in the week. Too busy at work to really have the feeling that the week is going on forever.

But today I started feeling more nervous, and tonight I thought to myself that this game is probably 50/50 win/lose.

I'm anxious to see how we (and they) come out in the first 5-8 minutes. Of course Wisconsin could come out completely flat and be a different team in the last 10 minutes of the game - they've had a ton of "comeback" wins late this season. Should be very interesting to see, if we do have them down big in the 2nd, if our usual "slam the door" defense holds pat, or if UW does it again. I'm wagering that if we're in a position to win comfortably with 8-10 mins left, due to their lack of depth, they probably will be feeling the exhaustion setting in. Assuming of course we really frenzy them up on defense and intensity for the first 30 minutes.

I've felt great about things since we beat Notre Dame. I feel 100% that we should have lost that game. Notre Dame was hitting crazy stuff, Cal looked lost, and we still won.

This whole year I've been confident heading into every game. Still feel confident and expect to win but at this stage I can't help but to be nervous lol. I think this one will come down to the wire but it sure is reassuring to have the best closers in the NCAA right now. The Harrisons must be Mr. Freeze's long lost children. They are absolutely cold blooded.

I was more nervous heading into the Notre Dame game than this one. I feel good about the Wisconsin game.

I feel a lot better after watching our game from last year against Wisconsin. Alex P was scoreless until 4 mins to go and then he had that one step dribble two handed dunk in the middle. Cats by 10 and if we bring it like we did a few times this year Cats by 25. We're too strong in the paint for them.

Now I'm starting to get pumped up. 4 hours of ksr today will help us all out. Open practice.

Not any more nervous than the other games. I'm really ready to get it on. Can't wait to tip it off.

Cal summed it up best for me; "If we play great and they beat us, that's OK. It's only if we don't play well that it'd be hard to take."

That sound you hear is the roar of my nerves approaching from the East....

Today is the day the nerves set in a little, which I expected. Wisconsin is playing well and is a deserved 1 seed. Duke is playing well and is a deserved 1 seed. So anyone who's not a little nervous I might question a bit. I pretty vividly recall news pieces in both '96 and '12 where some reporter would talk to a guy making book in Vegas, and both years it was the same basic story "Kentucky will be a double digit favorite both games this weekend, no matter who they play. It's really been a long time since we've seen a team this heavily favored heading into the Final Four." This year I've not seen that - which is curious, because that was exactly the talk heading into the tournament. Was talking to a friend this morning, amazing that we never catch any breaks as far as the tournament opening up for us. How many times do you see an eventual champion - like Louisville two years ago - playing a lower seed in the final four or elite 8 and in the title game? We don't ever seem to get that luxury. This will be Cal's 26th NCAA Tournament game at UK and 13 of them will have been against a top 4 seed. Which is amazing......

My feelings too. I've broken down the stats 10 times and I can't see a Wisconsin win. Obviously, if we play poorly anything can happen. But I think the guys come out firing, wanting to leave no question as to who's the best team.

Though, as the game draws nearer, I am getting a little more nervous. But my rational self thinks we win by 10.

I'm not that nervous about the game. I think most of that has to do with another traumatic event in my life this week though. To be completely honest, I'm close to not caring, but I'm trying to find some escape with basketball & this board.

I'm as nervous as a cat in a roomful of badgers.

On a positive note, I'm as confident as a roomful of wildcats with a badger.

VERY nervous. It's not that we can't win, but it's that we need to play to our potential. There's a lot riding on this weekend.
