For one, I like S&C coaches who look like they have strength and conditioning. Kind of like going to the gym and they have personal trainers who are pudgy. Anyway, she's trying too hard to be a bro.

What I meant, of course, is that I'd want a S&C who players can relate to physically. How is a girl who can't bench 135 lbs going to motivate a fb player?
One thing that'll kill any motivational speech is a patently made-up statement.
