Could be wrong but I don’t think Geo directly responded. I saw Harper respond to call out Getty’s.

Either way it was classless tweet from a guy like Getty’s who’s a few years removed from the program and tries to stay close to the program.

And Baker or Harper shouldn’t bother caring what he thinks but they’re young adults and most people at that age can’t block stuff like that out, especially if it came from someone you respected.

So grad transfer, 1 year, 2 semester CJ Gettys, chiming in playing Pro Ball in China somehow matters over a 4 year starter who responded that he and Jacob are trying to change the RU culture???

Players know other players when they see them....and bless CJ but he's doesn't land anywhere to earn a paycheck anywhere if he didn't show up here and get a real work ethic and RU exposure.....

It's up to the players to solve the problem of making sure everyone is on the same page....but if players aren't productive and continue to play major minutes, at some point player only meetings become irrelevant. The players don't determine the starting lineup, Pike does.

I think the lack of leadership is due to the fact that something is missing chemistry-wise in the locker room. I don’t have any inside info, just a hunch. But something is not right with this team. Get a sports psychologist in there.

I've been saying the same thing since Caleb rejoined the team. And I'm not blaming Caleb at all. It just seems like the chemistry on the team is failing an no one seems to step up and take the lead role. Our captains are non-existent.

I agree with you, Gettys, as a recent former player, shouldn't be tweeting stuff like that if he cares about the team/program

Geo, RHJ any other current player should laugh that noise off too and focus on what they can control.
