Honus has reaction and instinct speed for a LB but if you are looking at 40 speed, no.

Not great speed, but at this point who cares about the speed? I just want to see a competent unit that can make consistent plays and tackle well. I'll worry about speed later.

I am really not sure how fast any of those guys are. None of the LBs got a yes for speed. I think most are probably faster than #5, if not all of them.

But then again, Drew Brown was probably faster than #5... :D

Sign a few extra running backs... have them play safety.

Sign a few extra safeties... have them play linebacker.

Sign a few extra linebackers... have them play defensive end.

rinse, repeat.

Honas has a PR in the 100M of 11.47 and ran on his HS teams 4X100 at the KS state meet. His speed is just fine for an inside LB. Josh Banderas is listed with a PR of 11.46.
