Just because of his bark, right? You have to be an insider, so I'll spill the beans. It's Lamar Jackson and they say he could be a top 100 pick.

Which would still make him one of a select few among thousands.so 3rd or 4th round?
No, I think it's because of the bite.Just because of his bark, right?

Yep, here's what Kiper wrote.
Jackson, a three-year starter for the Cornhuskers, is super talented, but he was inconsistent in his technique in 2018. He can get grabby at times, and that won't translate to the NFL. I wanted to see a big jump from him. And with seven pass breakups and an interception so far, Jackson has looked much cleaner this season. At 6-foot-2, he has great size, though he's not going to be a burner at the combine. He has a chance to be a top-100 pick next April. -- Kiper
I'm assuming Lamar is the only one? No JD or Mo, by chance?
Hopefully low 4.5s or faster. Anything above 4.6 he tumbles to a round 7 or FA. My opinion anyway.
I think this is one big diff between Ohio State and Nebraska, their skill players are super fast like 4.3s vs 4.55s for us. Frost does have recruiting swinging in our favor with speed to close the gap, just takes a couple more years.
I'm assuming you don't watch much NFL. The league cares less about corners who run in the 4.5- 4.6 range if they are big, physical, and capable of playing bump and run at the line of scrimmage. That's where a dude like LJax has value at the next level.
Nebraska will always be able to compete with receivers at Ohio State if they have dudes like LJax in the backend. Where Nebraska needs help is their pass rush off the edge.
At the next level, big physical corners knock a guy off schedule while the pass rushers create disruption.

Yeah your right in the NFL they much prefer the slower players for DBs and WRs.
Richard Sherman runs a 4.65
2018 All Pro CBs
1st: Kyle Fuller 4.4
1st Stephen Gilmore 4.38
2nd Byron Jones 4.35
2nd Xavier Howard 4.41
Fat dumb in stupid is no way to go through life son. btw Sherman ran a personal slow 4.56 at the 2011 combine.
