I 100% understand he is not a great passer and the O-Line is a turnstile. However, he hasn’t thrown a pass more than 5 yards beyond the line all game. What’s the worst that can possibly happen? Throw it up and hope at least, at least try to make a play. The way they played today, they may legitimately not score the rest of the season.

Throwing down the field requires time for the receivers to get there.

Our O line doesn't block anyone.

The math doesn't work.

Nunzio won a state title with Langan, so he'll stick with him. Nunzio believes he's a D1 QB. Langan is making Art look like an All-American.
No one believes he’s a D1 QB. Hes a good athlete but doesn’t have the twitch or speed to threaten anyone ruining the ball, and he IS NOT a passer, by any measure. No disrespect to the young man, he’s trying and he’s a competitor, but we have no QB on this team.

Hobbs needs to get someone in here ASAP to start recruiting. This program is in as bad a state or worse, than when Flood was fired.

Is this the worst passing performance ever? Rutgers is no threat to score. Might as well just wild knight it.

Absolutely - I'd far rather see Pacheco at QB than Langan - at least then the other team has to respect all 11 players and Pacheco can't be a worse passer than Langan. There's also no reason to "invest" in Langan, as he better not be starting next year, i.e., we better bring in at least 2 QBs better than him (a talented freshman and either a juco or proven grad transfer) and put Langan at TE.

This 1000%. There's a reason BC made him a TE. I thought watching Art last year was painful. He looks like Joe Montana in hindsight. JL can literally not throw a football. And the way he just stands flat footed in the pocket like he's wearing concrete shoes is maddening.
Just put in Snyder already. He made some throws in the spring game, so we at least know he' sherd of the forward pass.

Love his toughness. However all you need to know he was 4th string at Boston College and was never going to see the Field. That’s why he is here. Besides being a failure as an Recruiter , Ash could not bring in ANY QB transfer talent.

We move on from here.

Who is recruiting players who simple can't play in the Big Ten?
We have HS players not ready to play in Big Ten, let alone college.
We don't have a single impact player on this team.
All players have to go. Now that the coach is gone. There is no change.
It's the players not the coach.

Snyder has 4 games to play. Why not try him? At least he has more QB instincts than Langan.
How many reps with the first and 2nd string does he have? As a frosh planning on redshirting, im sure hes not ready to jump in. Who goes from 4th string to starter( as a freshman in mid season) and has success? I get that O-line and Langan are struggling, but its not like freshman learn quickly via osmosis.

Does any of it matter? We are so far away from being competitive it’s a joke.

The math doesn't work.
The way we run the offense.
The fact we have no tight ends, no legitimate recievers, a QB who can’t throw the football.
All of that makes a horrendous OL worse, and makes us the easiest team in country to play against

In the postgame presser Nunzio was asked about playing Snyder in upcoming games. He seemed to hesitate to say if Snyder will play, but then said it could happen. Seems to me that Nunzio prefers not to play him.But if Langan gets hurt then Snyder should be up next.

With OSU, PSU and MSU left on the schedule Nunzio should get Austin Albericci ready as well.
