He’s has a ton of talent. I love his game. He fights and bangs. I know u hate UK but come on. He’s young but will be a dandy in a couple years.
follow your posts quite a bit but you are so far off on this one it’s ridiculous.
I might be a bit harsh on him , but I see nothing that shows me he's an SEC caliber player . Other than being tall he doesn't bring anything to the table .
I like ware but the rotation has tightened like it normally does. There will be fouls trouble or an off night and he will get his chance again.

Damn. Talk about trashing a kid. Who offered a kid with little to no talent a scholarship anyway?
Toppin has emerged as one of the top 5 players so be bas taken lots of other peoples minutes. He is playing really well.
Because the season is over already and we want these guys to stay around. No, let's try for a miracle run which will end in the 1st round of the NCAAs if it happens. I'd rather keep guys happy and build some continuity in the program. If we were 16-5 and ranked, yeah, let's play the best 7. But we should be sharing the wealth at this point.

Those are the 7 Cal is going to ride with. Ware and Allen are going to see a few minutes a game, but as long as the top 7 keep playing as well as they are now, they won’t see much floor. Fletcher is pretty much done for the season. Doubt he sees the floor again unless it’s a blowout.

Yes, Toppin's emergence has taken minutes from Ware. It's a good trade for the team. I'm sure he doesn't like it but Toppin just offers more all around game. He's a legit scoring option (Ware isn't) and he's a more flexible defender. There may be games where Ware is a good matchup but this game wasn't it. I think Cal has settled on his primary rotation, and it's mostly 7 players- Mintz, Askew, Brooks, Boston, Sarr, Jackson, and Toppin, with a little Allen and Ware thrown in- more or less depending on foul trouble.
So every player that comes to UK on a Scolly is talented enough to actually contribute ? No . Scholarships are given to many players who rarely or never see the floor .
Sadly....Under the current system they will both transfer out after this season and contribute elsewhere.
