Only thing I have said about him is he didn’t work hard in practice and after practice. Is that bashing? If you can find where I said anything other that that I will apologize. But you can’t.
That isn't bashing him? You didn't even offer proof of that accusation when you made it. Do you sit in on the practices and take video?

Some people on this board want him to be bad so they can be right more than Ware be successful. They wanted it with Keion and they want it with Ware. They will tell you until they are blue in the face that he sucks. How can you be a true Ky fan and rip on your on kids?? CRAZY!!
Please point to one game where Lance played really well and needed more minutes? He can't shoot outside 2 feet. Not even fts. We need a better backup for Oscar. Period. We will not achieve any sort of relevant goal with him logging any sort of meaningful minutes. His other traits don't overwhelm anyone to make up for his lack of offense..sorry, he's just not a good player at the SEC level. If and when he blows up I'll be the first to eat crow.

I'm sorry you don't know basketball. That's really all I can say. Betcha he gets minutes and why would that be? Cause the coach knows basketball. Also players improve from year to year. Eat crow, I don't even know what that is. Stupid saying is all, just like your piss poor attitude. Chew on that.

39 10 and 8. There's a story there. Those 10 rebounds if they were all offensive put backs that's 20 points so there's 19 more points to go. And you know the Lion's share of those rebounds we're on the defense. So I would venture that 30 of his points were from the floor. Maybe got a deep three but I doubt it. Another thing that stands out is eight steals which suggests that the opponents we're extremely Rusty or maybe thrown together in haste. Regardless, proud of Lance.

Who did they play? I can’t imagine him putting up those stats against top high school competition honestly. I like him and his attitude and I hope he’s getting better but seeing that line doesn’t make me think he’s suddenly morphed into PJ Washington after a summer.
The national team Brazilian.

Kareem may be a bomber we need! 3-5 on 3s along with 3 steals and 3 assists.

Probably is a good player just tiny.

Do wish we got to see these walkons get in more. I could care less if we win by 10 rather than 20. Prefer to see these kids get rewarded.

You seem focused 100% on offense. Statistically, Ware was one of the top 3 defensive players on the team, behind Oscar and Collins and above everybody else.

And on offense I feel he sets the best picks on the team - something that doesn't show up in his stats.

All playing time that Ware gets vs. any opponent is good for his development right now.

Everything I see is he is a good teammate, is working very hard to improve. Those 2 traits alone have value, especially nowadays when any Big that showed promise could transfer to a smaller stage, get tons of minutes, and possibly play themselves into the late 2nd round of the draft.

Lance choose to stay here, fight thru his challenges under the bright lights, play behind some guys that simply clicked sooner, and takes whatever his coach gives him.

Thats a kid that's trying. I'm not saying we need 12 Lance Wares on our club. But you're never gonna get (and keep) 12 Anthony Davis' on one team either. We just need to get Lance into that next gear and we'll have a top level backup. Which can win a critical game someday when our bell cow gets 2 fouls called stumbling off the team bus.

I suspect Lance will be a 4 year player considering he comes from a wealthy family and doesn’t need the money with dad Demarcus being a former nfl player and mom Angela Marie Daniel being a successful fitness trainer.

Think it's cool he's playing overseas and seeing Stink Watkins get some run would be awesome. Let's put it this way-if you want to rag on the competition which is likely correct in assessment, at least Lance is dominating as he should. I like Lance and he's exactly who so many have clamored to have wanted at UK, a kid who is willing to play 4 years and improve and not worry about minutes, etc....seems like a good dude too.

Wish we had more info on the competition. This 2nd game sounds like it was against a team in Brazil's top pro league, and both Leandro Barbosa and Oscar Schmidt played for them in the past. OTOH, it's probably just their summer league team so maybe not so good after all.

I'd expect it's not great competition from the fact that Kareem Watkins a walk on is getting significant run but you'd expect a guy who has been in majority of Kentucky's games as a backup to play well against inferior competition and he has--those numbers are what he should do. Beats the alternative if he were to go for like 4 pts, 3 rebs, and was playing same level of competition.

So many on here hate when kids leave after a year or two but when a kids like Ware comes along they don’t get behind him. He works hard, seems like a good kid, tough, team guy. He should be a poster boy for what fans want.

Jesus can you let the kid have one moment where you don’t piss on him.
People have no appreciation for the skill these kids posses. High D1 basketball is a freak show compared to the level bball these guys ever reached or even played against. I played at a prominent high school and guarded Damon Fishback. Try guarding one of these guys and they’d understand. Ware is a hell of a player.
