I have nothing but respect for Lamar and wish him well. He is a true husker who went through alot of change and turmoil and survived.

Ditto, have to upmost respect for Lamar. Just think if coach fisher would have had him all 4 years, imo he would have been a first rounder

Really surprised he did not get tabbed in the draft? Wonder what happened at the combine/pro day that hurt his draft stock?

Jackson will get a good look but he better show better tackling ability or he is toast.

Thought he tackled fine last year.

both right, early in his Husker career He had issues with tackling and being aggressive against the run but his junior and senior years (basically under Fisher) he improved that area a lot and was decent to a sound tackler. He will definitely make a team some where.

With the right coach and in the right environment, LJ could become an NFL starter. The athleticism and talent are there. Always have been. Sure feels like we failed him to a certain degree.

You may of hit the exact reason for his fall his coverage skills and size are good and good NFL fits. His physicality is where he needs to improve. Really want the kid to make it he is a great character kid.Nebraska has your back bro keep Rocking on! Reppin the Red.
