I was there in 96 when La Tech wiped the field with us - we scored two TD's late to make it only a 38-23 loss.
I was in Ruston Saturday night -- an improvement from the last time we played them but it's still a loss.
Frankly, if they had any offense at all, Saturday night could have been another 15+ point loss.

At SOME point, we need to give La Tech some respect and quit comparing them to low-life teams.
Clearly, they are not.

Bring on Southeastern whatever their nickname is from wherever in Louisiana they are from.

in no way should we ever...and I mean EVERRRRRRRR....lose to La Tech. It's happened before to other SEC teams but it's still inexcusable. The program should be past this point.

lets correct the obvious mistakes and keep the players straight from being suspended or injured. And quit lying to the fans Croom. We want to see Elliott, we want 1 qb system. No bs. Admit you lost the game for us not the team.

it was a lack of discipline that caused us to lose that game. Coaching, talent, decision making is not a true part of the game...its all about discipline. I promise that in the 10th year of our 10 year plan we will instill discipline in these kids or I will resign.

Thanks for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Coach Sly Croom
