The wife and I saw it yesterday afternoon.

Excellent film.

BTW, it was written & directed by Damien Chazelle, the same guy who did Whiplash, for those of you who've seen it.

Very different film...the only connection seems to be jazz & the fact both were excellent, imo.

Anyway, Chazelle is only 32...seems to be an extremely talented young guy. Seeing these two vastly different films, both excellent, makes me think we'll see lots of great work from him in the future.
