Seems like he is more interested in his social media presence. He may be pretty decent but Lamar Jackson he is not.

I don't think he said he would have a decision today. I thought he said he wanted to wait to be interviewed about the visit till today. Maybe I read it wrong, that has happened just 684,932,856.48 times.
I think he will go to a program which he feels confident that he will be the starting QB.
Rutgers will certainly be in the mix because he has one year to prove his worth to the NFL.
He would be a great addition to Rutgers and with him and your new OC Kill should significantly improve your offense performance and W-L record this year(6-6 and Bowl Appearance).
Transfer and Grad Transfer QB's have worked for Pitt and also the QB who transferred (Tom Savage, Nate Peterman ranked #4 QB by some NFL scouts (who could be drafted by the 3rd round in this years NFL Draft, and recently grad transfer Max Browne (former 5-star backup QB from USC)).
Great addition for Rutgers.

Yes. He played in the Spring Game.
I expect him to be the starting QB for Pitt this fall.
If so, he would be the 3rd transfer QB for Pitt who became a starter.
