Will be very interesting to see how he does going against grown men playing for their basketball survival.As I have stated before I think the 500 k he makes this year will pale in comparison to what he would make by coming to UK or us and building up a national brand with the constant tv exposure he would get at either of these programs

Kuminga and other top5 guys will likely be fine.. but it's the guys after that who might get exposed by the G-league talent and experience. That is a big leap from AAU/HS basketball.

I just wonder, how many $500k salaries can the G-league roll out before the ROI just isn't there? If the G-league is becoming a development league for the NBA, there has to be a cut off where say.. the 15th ranked recruit isnt worth the pay, and they could just evaluate that guy at some college for a year.. for free.

could you imagine a guy like Whitney, McDaniels, going that route. They would have been embarrassed at that level.
