As GM, he’s done a great job of identifying talent, aggressively pursuing, and locking guys up. Proof will be in the production, obviously. But as a GM, can’t ask for much more.

I’m optimistic now after being very skeptical in the beginning, but the production means everything.
Tyler could go to other jobs for more money. Very talented and hard working. We should all be glad he is at Iowa
