Thanks for the kind words. Don't pay mind to the negative. We melt down like ice cubes in the sun when we lose and we have lost 2 in a row. We will be all right come tournet time. To the KU fan, thanks for the good sportsmanship. I said all week that I thought an overall number one seed was at stake for the winning team. I would agree on the two best teams in the country. n Who else would you give it to? Villinova, no, Gonzaga, forget about it. Has to go to Cats or Jayhawks. And why should we drop. According to the ratings, they were supposed to beat us. FCC.

Granted I view things via my UK-blue sunglasses. That said, I wasn't overly impressed by Kansas yesterday. They didn't look like a kick-*** team to me, and I'd be surprised if they made it to the Final Four. I was even less impressed by UK, that was the sloppiest display of basketball I've seen them play vs a decent opponent in recent memory. How many times yesterday did UK get a turnover only to immediately turn it back over themselves? We were our own worst enemy.

A lot of our fans forget that there are other good college basketball teams out there. We got beat yesterday and the credit goes to KU.

Its hard for our fans to fathom that we are in the bottom half of a group of 10-15 teams who could win it all. By years end we could be in the top half but we have a lot to improve upon.

Thanks for a quality post. Self, IMO, , won the game with some tweaks especially on defense, but he changed his offense plays some the second half too, I believe.

KU is very solid. It's the type of team that with such a solid base can hammer out wins in March. No real weaknesses, and very good players.

It would be fun to meet again, as our turnovers limited us to 9 less shots than KU, that's not usual for us at all. A pass here and there, and a couple of more buckets????......well we will never know.

Good shooting team and seem to even have the bodies down low....the front line isn't great but those guys are fundamental and don't make mistakes. Had we lost @KU or on a neutral floor i don't think the disappointment would've been as much.

KU has been less than impressive on the road- grant it winning games (aside from getting hammered by WV) but not comfortably. They also should've lost to KSU- add in the BIg12 sure did not flex any muscles against other SEC competition.
