Don't care, but I see Duke winning.
Kansas. No way in the world I can be made to root for Duke.
I think Duke smokes them and wins by double digits.
Pretty crazy that the preseason number 1, who is undefeated and at full strength(I think but haven’t followed them). Against a 1 loss team on as neutral as neutral court could be; is a comfortable and deserving underdog. Wild
All time wins record matters significantly more to me than the disdain I have for Puke. My decision is easy: if Duke wins it will increase our win lead to +6 over KansASS, while also improving our own computer ratings and resume as Duke continues to win. Not cheering for a Duke win, as much as a Kansas loss.
I'm curious as to why my gut has been screaming dUKe is going to win this game.... And dUKe is actually favored against the number 1 team that's already beaten UNC***?
UConn lost, Houston and Iowa State both lost to Auburn.... Auburn may still be beaten yet this week, but has the 2 most impressive wins in the season ... Everyone in the top ten is on upset alert it seems.
Meanwhile, little ole Kentucky just keeps on winning.....

I’m looking forward to being happy that one of them lost, doesn’t matter which one.
If Kansas loses our ATW lead grows. Plus it’s great news for them to show a chink in the armor this early. We’ve already beaten Duke and I see them being easier, not harder to drub if we face them again. So a KU that is that much more whuppable is the better news in that sense. Duke beating them also helps us in all the ratings systems and will help with seeding since we beat them.
OTOH If KU wins—HA!! Duke loses! Also there’s a chance that could start them unraveling this season. Big egos on that team, lots of youth, not stellar guard play. Soon they’ll face Auburn and Pearl will be hard after his slice of the pie if everybody’s carving Duke up. If Duke goes down to us, KU, Auburn, and even once to UNC, what’s left that they could use to build any sort of case for a high seed? Along the same lines, those events if they happened would go a long way towards delegitimizing the entire ACC. More bids and better seeding for SEC teams. And shucks if Pope can beat KU on the road with BYU talent he can surely own them at a neutral site with our Kentucky talent. So I wouldn’t be all that much more worried about meeting KU in that scenario than in the one where they lose to Duke.
Ultimately, while I will never root for Duke, I guess I will be a little happier if KU loses. That one will not only help our wins lead and our seeding more this year, it will also set the opening act on the new narrative that Mark Pope can do what Bill Self cannot do. I would just love for that narrative to become a thing on ESPN. And I could see it happening with just the right little suggestions here and there.

Because Kansas is overrated, and Duke has like three 1st rounders.
Im pulling for Duke. The better they look, the better we look for beating them. Kansas losing also shifts the front end power balance and gets them out of 1st place and maybe moves us up a little. It also keeps the all time win streak one game apart. I'd rather both teams lose but if I have to pull for someone, Flagg is easier to like than Dickenson by a country mile.

I’m going to hope Duke wins, we need more wins than Kansas to increase our overall wins lead. Plus we already beat Duke and played only 1 good half. Only helps us in the rankings, but if Duke wins, I expect them to leap frog us in the polls.
Pragmatically, Duke winning helps us more.
#1. All-time wins. We gain a win. That's huge, given the fact that 36% of the top 25 are made up of SEC schools (9 teams) and getting distance on Kansas is going to be difficult once SEC begins.

No brainer, Duke and for multiple reasons:
KU is closest to UK in all time wins
UK beat Duke so we want that win to really stand out
KU is ranked ahead of UK; Duke is not

I think KU is ranked where they are b/c of Dickinson and Self. I just don't see them at the best team.

For betting purposes I have Duke. 
I think that KU is in for a rude awakening after what I seen against the fighting Caliparis.
Plus improves our win with Duke. Easy although sickening choice, we always want our best wins to look strong. If KU blows them out the stock in our best win plummets

I find it way easier to root for Duke now that we beat them.
I also find it easier when I bet on them to win, because when they do I profit from it and when they don’t, well Duke loses and that’s always fun.

I can't say I am "rooting for" KU. What I'll say is I'm "rooting against" Duke more.
The most difficult game with that regard is always Duke vs UNC, who I hate more than any other school.

Duke’s non conference schedule is pretty insane. This is their third game against a top 20 team and they play Auburn next week.
I REALLY HATE to say it, but I’m pulling for duke. Kansas is #1 and it’ll likely move us up in the polls. It’ll also make our win against duke look even better. Not to mention, Kansas will have one less win than we do. And, IF they also beat Auburn, it’ll make our win against them look even better.
Idc about rooting. Bizarre any UK fan would root for either of these teams. Dukes gonna win and idc.

Vegas usually knows- wish for the 12-team college football playoff, the NCAA would just ask Vegas who the 12 best teams are and go from there
The eye test says Duke, we got a big win in that game. Duke gets hyped to death by ESPN, but they are very good. Flagg is close to what they make him out to be(at least closer than past Duke phenoms that ESPN has hyped to the point of sainthood)
Any Kansas loss is good for us and might cause Self's hair to fall out(oh wait that happened some time ago but like so many other things at KU it was swept under the rug)

Also, if Duke wins, especially if Duke throttles KU, it says a lot about where our team really sits in the power structure this year.
I don’t think you need to worry about the win total now that The Pope is here. That will gradually widen.
They sure don’t have much faith in Kansas’ #1 ranking. Haha. Bad as I dislike Puke, all the better for us.
Not really, all I hear after that Arizona win is people saying how much of a fluke it was that we beat them. Duke continue beating good teams will only inflate that. It will be a quad 1 win all year regardless of who they beat. They are going to mop the ACC. They can lose the rest.
Kansas is the bigger threat to our all time wins list. I will root for them to lose every game as long as they are the next closest to us.
