KTR Update: Another major donation

The anonymous donor who previously gave $50,000 to honor Bob Mulcany has given ANOTHER $50,000 to be split by football and wrestling.

He hopes folks will step up in the final days of the Million Dollar Match.

Has there ever been any discussion to recognize giving to RU through these collectives ? I know the affiliation is arms length (or more?) from the university. But curious if priority points were even or could ever be considered to help some us push a few more bucks toward NIL efforts. (Which are otherwise going to RU to keep our parking locations , etc )

We have discussed this with Rutgers and unfortunately current NCAA guidelines do not allow for schools to give their benefits like priority points to fans through their support of collectives.

We hope the NCAA changes that in the future as we would love nothing more than to offer folks the benefits that will help them the most. The Athletic Department has been open to this discussion in the past.
